By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.

Delivery
We provide local delivery within Adelaide and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order may be left at the premises if safe to do so, and responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed.

Balloon Care
Balloons are delicate products and may react to environmental conditions such as heat, sunlight, wind, and sharp objects. We cannot guarantee float times or balloon condition once the order has been delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customised and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policies for full details.

Product Variations
Occasionally, certain balloon colours or styles may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute items with similar products of equal or greater value.

Liability
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse of balloons after delivery.
