Balloon Care Instructions

Balloon Care Instructions

To help your balloons last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:

• Keep balloons indoors in a cool environment
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or extreme temperatures
• Keep balloons away from sharp objects and rough surfaces
• Avoid placing balloons in hot cars for extended periods
• Handle balloon strings and weights gently

Helium balloons naturally float for a limited time depending on the balloon type and environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee exact float times once balloons have been delivered.

Heat & Weather Disclaimer

Balloons are sensitive to environmental conditions.

Exposure to heat, sunlight, wind, or sudden temperature changes may cause balloons to expand, deflate, or pop. These factors are outside of our control.

We recommend keeping balloons indoors or in shaded areas whenever possible, especially during warmer weather.

We cannot be held responsible for balloon damage, popping, or reduced float time caused by environmental conditions after delivery has been completed.
